Belle de Paris Boutique is a French inspired ladies fashion boutique offering virtually worldwide delivery. We specialise in dresses and ladies occasion wear, and we stock a range of ladies clothing and womens wear, accessories, fascinators & bags. Belle De Paris is a registered business name in Ireland with the Companies Registration Office (No: 516463). Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services.
By using this website you agree to be legally bound by and act in accordance with the Terms and conditions of use as set out below. If you disagree with the Terms and conditions of use as set out below, you are not permitted to use this website, and you therefore agree not to use this website. A placed order becomes binding as soon as you confirm payment for your order with us.
Deliveries
We can delivery anywhere worldwide (except PO Box numbers), so if your delivery area is not covered/listed on the website please email info@belledeparis.co.uk and we will consider your request.

Delivery Costs/Charges
Items ordered will be packed together to minimise postage costs. Postage costs will then be calculated on the parcel weight and not the individual item weight. Our postage costs are as follow:
Republic Of Ireland: We offer Free Delivery on all orders to UK & Ireland, Standard delivery on parcels up to 2kg is €4.99 - Estimated Delivery time 2-4 working days.
Plus we also provide an Express Delivery option for €9.50 for all parcels up to 2kg - Estimated Delivery time 1-2 working days.
UK: We offer Free Delivery on all orders to UK & Ireland, Standard delivery on parcels up to 2kg is €8.50 - Estimated Delivery time 2-4 working days.
Plus we also provide an Express Delivery option for €13.50 for all parcels up to 2kg - Estimated Delivery time 1-2 working days.
EU: Standard delivery on parcels up to 2kg is €4.99 - Estimated Delivery time 2-10 working days.
Plus we also provide an Express Delivery option for €9.50 for all parcels up to 2kg - Estimated Delivery time 2-4 working days.
Australia & New Zealand: Standard delivery on parcels up to 2kg is €9.50 - Estimated Delivery time 5-14 working days.
USA & Canada: Standard delivery on parcels up to 2kg is €9.50 - Estimated Delivery time 5-12 working days.
Rest of the World : Standard delivery on parcels up to 2kg is €13.50 - Estimated Delivery time 5-21 working days.
Delivery period
Delivery times are estimated below. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.
Republic Of Ireland : Usually within 1-5 working days
United Kingdom: within 1-5 working days
EU: Usually within 7 working days
USA/Canada: Usually within 5-10 working days
Australia/New Zealand: Usually within 5-10 working days
Rest of the World : Usually within 15 working days
Our goods are shipped with Standard Irish or UK Postal Services, during working hours and we would appreciate if you could make sure that somebody is available at your delivery address to accept your delivery. You must provide a contact number to allow us/courier companies to contact you. We will not ship goods unless we receive a contact number.
Website Prices
All prices are in EURO (including VAT if/where applicable). Customers may select an alternative currency from the top right hand currency selector which displays products in other/selected currencies, based on current currency conversion rates.
When you place an order, your goods will be dispatched and delivered to the shipping address you provide subject to successful payment for your order. Payments for orders are accepted by credit or debit card or via PayPal. These trusted payment mechanisms protect you the buyer.
Together with our hosting and payment partners we use the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments. We never store sensitive information such as your card details. This means that your payment details are as secure as they possibly can be when you make a payment with us. We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection and PCI compliance.
Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified in writing, within 7 days from date of receipt of goods.
We want our customers to be thoroughly satisfied with their purchases from Belle De Paris Boutique, and as such, and in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC), we offer customers a full and undisputed refund on any goods which are returned within 7 days of delivery, provided such goods conform to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in the same original condition as you received them, meaning:
-Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed
-Item(s) must be unscented (by perfume, cigarette smoke, etc)
-Item(s) must contain all original tags and labels
-Item(s) must be undamaged, no tears, rips or shredding.
Please Note:
If returned item(s) smell of any scent, smoke, body odour, perfume/aftershave, cooking/food scents, etc, we will not issue a refund/exchange.
If returned item(s) are stained in any way (with makeup, tan, etc) we will not issue a refund/exchange.
Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not issue a refund/exchange.
If an item is not returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery, we cannot process a refund. In this case, we may however offer you the option of a credit note to be used online.
Postage costs (Standard or Express) will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service. We will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post.
Items marked as 'Sale' or 'Clearance' will be marked on invoice as such, and are sold as seen, hence cannot be returned. These items are reduced in cost for this reason.
Returns Procedure
Return instructions are listed on your delivery/returns FORM. To return an item to us, you must return the item(s) to us in their original condition (see return of goods - conditions above) within 7 days of receipt, along with the delivery/returns FORM, and you must indicate your reason for return on the form.
You must also email info@belledeparis.co.uk to inform us that you are returning item(s).
Refunds on return item(s) may take from 3-21 working days from the time we receive returned items until your refund payment goes back into your originating account/card. Refunds cannot be made by cheque/or any other way, as all refunds go back into your original payee account/card.
You are responsible for your own return costs and we recommend that you keep proof of postage and send your returns by registered post/courier service to the address below:

Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The colour of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.
It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be kept securely and treated as strictly confidential, and in strict accordance with GDPR.
